Eco Star Glass
Product introduction:
Eco star glass is a colorless energy control glass (LOWE) that is produced by Soft Coating method. The metal oxide coating is deposited on the surface of the glass flute under vacuum conditions (Sputtering System). This coated layer reflects short and long infrared waves.

- Thickness: 4 and 6 mm and in winter double-walled eco-star is up to three times more than ordinary double glazed heat insulation and this feature

Process Considerations Eco-Star glass should be used as double glazed, so that the layered side of the glass is inside the walls. Since this glass is produced by soft layering method, special considerations must be taken when converting it to double glazing.
Maintenance
Eco-Star glass packaging is in the form of boxes and vacuums and it is better to keep it in a dry place with proper ventilation to have a longer life. Glass processing must be done during the specified period.
Shipping and cutting
- Avoid direct contact with the coated layer
- Use appropriate protective gloves
- Place the coated side up during cutting
- Coated surface should be cut in dry conditions or using special cutting oils to do this process.
Peeling the edges
The cover along the edges of the cup must be removed before producing double-glazed glass to ensure good adhesion of the spacers.
Wash : Use special machines with washable glass.
